• Cleaning: Wipe the teddy bear gently with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust. Avoid using harsh cleaning agents or soaking it in water.
• Storage: Keep the teddy bear in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, to prevent discoloration and maintain its softness.
• Fluffing: Occasionally fluff the teddy bear to retain its original shape and plush feel.

• One Delivery Attempt: As flowers are perishable and teddy bears are sensitive to handling, only one delivery attempt will be made. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
• No Address Changes: Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified. Please confirm all details before placing your order.
• Substitutions: If certain flowers or teddy bears are unavailable, we may replace them with similar or higher-quality alternatives. Customers will be informed before any substitutions are made.
